Pricing and Features: The property owner controls the pricing and features of their units. KodiPal Tech is not liable for any miscommunication or discrepancies related to the advertisement, pricing, or features of any apartment.
Payment and Invoices
No Payment Collection: KodiPal Tech does not collect any payments on behalf of the property owner. Any transactions related to rent or payments are handled directly between the tenant and the property owner. Therefore, KodiPal Tech is not liable for any payment issues or discrepancies that may arise between the tenant and the property owner.
Tenant Invoices: Tenants can view their invoices and payment history through the Website, but KodiPal Tech does not have any involvement in the payment transactions.
Legitimacy of Property Owners and Apartments
Verification: While KodiPal Tech ensures that property owners and apartments listed on the Website are legitimate, we do not take responsibility for verifying the accuracy of the information provided by property owners.
